Liz Dille Joins Leadership Team of International Educators' Organization

Aiken, SC (11/16/2020) — The University of South Carolina Aiken's assistant director of student life for international programs has been elected to serve in a leadership role of NAFSA: Association of International Educators: Region VII Team.

"I am excited to rejoin the NAFSA Region VII team as chair-elect and look forward to connecting and engaging with my international education colleagues," said Liz Dille at the time of her installment.

The Association of International Educators, known as NAFSA, is represented on more than 3,500 institutions around the world and in more than 150 countries. The organization's Region VII includes seven southeastern U.S. states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

"NAFSA believes that international education advances learning and scholarship, fosters understanding and respect among people of diverse backgrounds and perspectives, is essential for developing globally competent individuals, and builds leadership for the global community," according to the organization's website.

NAFSA is the largest and most comprehensive association of professionals committed to advancing international higher education.
