Peach Belt Champs Celebrate at USC Aiken

Aiken, SC (04/18/2019) — On April 24, from noon - 1 p.m., on the patio outside the Student Activities Center patio, the University of South Carolina Aiken will celebrate its e-sports team, which recently won the Peach Belt Conference's League of Legends Championship.

The University of South Carolina Aiken E-sports Team won its first Peach Belt Conference League of Legends Championship, with a 3-0 victory over Columbus State.

The Pacers, seeded #1 in the tournament, took the title and, along with CSU, advanced to the College League of Legends national playoffs.

The Pacers were unblemished in three matches at the tournament, opening with a 2-0 win over Young Harris in the quarterfinals and following that with a 2-0 win over Augusta in the semifinals.
