Chorale's Concert Benefits ACTS

This Event is Open to the Public

Aiken, SC (11/06/2017) — University of South Carolina Aiken students who are part of the Masterworks Chorale Festival Chorus have teamed up with ACTS for a concert on Nov. 12 at 4 p.m., at St. John's United Methodist Church, downtown Aiken.

The chorus' performance will feature American hymns and folks songs celebrating Thanksgiving.

While the concert is free, patrons are asked to bring non-perishable food items as admission.

Until show time, USC Aiken's members of the group will collect non-perishable items, which they will donate to ACTS. A collection point is located in the heart of campus - right inside the Etherredge Center main lobby.

ACTS, also known as Area Churches Together Serving, is a local nonprofit organization that works closely with churches, organizations and individuals in the area to provide assistance to neighbors in need.
