Future Educators Help Register Voters
Aiken, SC (11/06/2018) — In advance of election day on Nov. 6, University of South Carolina Aiken School of Education teacher candidates helped register voters on campus.
Early childhood majors, Jordan Barrett, Nikki Stefanski, Ravin Taylor, Katlyn McGarry, Sydney Renfroe and Raynee Spires, helped their fellow Pacers register on National Voter Registration Day.
"I'm so proud of these young leaders who are involved in their classrooms and taking an active role in their communities," said Dr. Judy Beck, dean of the School of Education.
"Not only are they engaged in their civic responsibilities, but they are ensuring others participate too."
