Pacers Rock the Alley

Aiken, SC (09/22/2018) — The University of South Carolina Aiken co-sponsored the Amp the Alley series for the month of September.

Students, citizens, and Pacer fans gathered in the heart of downtown to enjoy the food, music, and vibe of Aiken.

"Having a downtown presence is important for the university and enables the university to further strengthen its partnership with the City of Aiken," said Brandon Eberl, president of the USC Aiken Student Government Association.

"Furthermore, events such as Amp the Alley help to increase school spirit amongst both students and members of the Aiken community."

USC Aiken is also a sponsor of the city's Oktoberfest celebration, slated for Sept. 29, which is also Family Day on campus.
